If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange then please email Katie@miniwallers.com and quote your order number to let us know. The returns form below must be included with all returned items.

Returning Items

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for full priced items within 14 days of purchase. We can only accept items for a refund or exchange if the item is in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. We recommend sending via Recorded Delivery and obtaining proof of delivery so your order can be tracked, Mini Wallers are not liable for goods that do not arrive. All delivery charges are paid for by the sender, you will find our address on the returns form.

You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been received and processed. You will receive your refund within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item, all refunds will exclude the original delivery charge.

Exchanges

We can only exchange an item subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us to let us know and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock. Please indicate the request for an exchange on the returns form.

Please note exchanged items can only be dispatched once the original item has been returned. Subject to stock availability, you will receive your exchanged item within 10 working days of us receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet the conditions above.

Faulty or Incorrect item

We must be notified within 3 working days should you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact Katie@miniwallers.com to notify us immediately with a description and photo of the item concerned. We can then arrange a refund or exchange.
